Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying a proportional share of the utility bills (power/water/sewer) allocated based on the square footage of the building. Utility charges will be posted by Owner/Agent each month and due within 5 days of posting. Tenants are responsible for refuse service and internet/cable (if desired). Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
